We use our long standing relationships with local real estate professionals to help you find the perfect lot, & then be there to ensure the site really is perfect for your needs. To confirm that your desired project is feasible we’ll do everything from bringing in consultants determining design orientation & to validate the views, to reviewing estate & policy restrictions, council easements & much more.
Home Design
As a quality custom designer home builder in Sydney we have also built strong working relationships with the areas premier building designers. We will make sure that the clients brief is acheived by us working together with you & collaborate closely with our building designer to create a custom home that fits within all of your desired function, design & cost parameters so that the final result is the best possible outcome.
Home Construction
Hartley Homes will handle all aspects of construction, from serving as the point of contact for all subcontractors, consultants, vendors & building inspectors to resolving issues as they arise. Construction will be overseen by your project manager, who will be on site ensuring all work is done to drawing & specifications, using the highest quality building materials & construction techniques.
